Title: The God Who Is

(S) cripture:
    Revelation 1:8 (NASB) “I am the Alpha and the Omega,” says the Lord God, “who is and who was and who is to come, the Almighty.”

(O) bservation:
    The Lord identifies Himself clearly in this vision to John. He is the Beginning and the End. He then clarifies that by using the present, past and future terms. He is the great “I Am”, the ever present One.

(A) pplication:
    The God I serve is always in the present. He has always been and will always be in the present. I will never be where He is not. This allows me to live in the assurance that I am in God’s presence. My life is secure and I can live without fear or anxiety but confident and stable in the Lord. Because He is the “I Am” I have confidence to live as He instructed.

(P) rayer:
    Lord, let me experience your presence each day and live without fear but confidently in the power of your love and presence. Amen
